Our People & Culture Champions program celebrates the people who bring the Altus values to life every day. It recognises team members who lead by example, support their crews, go the extra mile, and help create a positive, safety-focused culture across our business.

Built around our core values — Be the Benchmark, Get Shit Done, Grow, and Protect the Protectors — the program gives all employees the opportunity to recognise great work happening across our depots, projects, and teams.

Monthly recognition, feedback, and nominations help us celebrate the people making a genuine impact, with winners inducted into the Champions League and acknowledged as role models within the Altus team.
